TRANSACTIONS & RETURNS

Worldwide Digital Graphics, LLC as the licensed provider to the United States Goft Association is responsible for all transactions, refunds & fulfillment requests. Credit card charges for purchases will be under the name "Worldwide Digital Graphics, LLC."

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping method
  • We insure all orders for theft or damage through UPS only.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery,or you risk having your order returned.
  • You may decide to waive the signature requirement, doing so will void all guarantees nor will the USGA accept any liability for damages to your order.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive a confirming email.
  • Orders place over the weekend or holidays will be placed in production upon the next business day.
  • All orders will be shipped within 7 business days for unframed archival print and up to twenty business days for custom framed archival orders.

Special Requirements

  • Please call our customer service department at 877.203.4499 for all special requests, like international shipping, or items going to military bases (APOs or FPOs).

USGA MUSEUM COLLECTION RETURN POLICY

  • Our primary concern is your satisfaction with the anything you receive from our stores collection. If your order is damaged in transit to you, we will refund your credit card or replace your order within 21 days.
  • All Fine Archival Prints are custom-made to order and are only returnable within 14 days and with prior authorization.
  • If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email (info@usgacollection.com) and call us at 877.203.4499.
  • Please call customer service (877.203.4499) for authorization before returning any damage item. No items will be accepted without prior authorization.
